All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Method

We currently deliver via reliable courier partners to ensure your products reach you safely and on time.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times range from 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery to remote areas may take slightly longer.

4. Payment Method

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our sole payment option. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address with the full payment in cash when your package arrives.

5. Delivery Attempt

Our delivery team will attempt to deliver your order up to two times. If the order is not received after two attempts, it may be returned to us.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned at checkout before you place the order. In many cases, we offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye out for those!

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID and link to monitor the status of your delivery.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure all delivery information is accurate and complete. Zilo Hike is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

9. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will review and address the issue promptly.
